Structural Biology Core

Overview of Services

The Structural Biology Core Laboratory has state-of-the-art instrumentation and expert staff to enable detailed structural and biophysical studies of biological macromolecules in human health and disease. Existing strengths include X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy in addition to resources and infrastructure to assist users with protein production and characterization. A new cryo-EM facility for single particle analysis and structure determination is being built and is projected to go online in Spring 2022.
